Jean Colledge (nee Cornelsen) trained to become a nurse at St. James's Hospital in Leeds between 1950 and 1954. Colledge qualified as a nurse in 1954 and afterwards studied to become a midwife.
Correspondence, examination papers, contract of employment for Colledge to work at St. James's Hospital in Leeds, nurses' chart, certificates, photographs. The collection also contains a St. James's Hospital badge (see object ref. 1487.002).
