Ministry of Health Prescribing Handbook belonging to Dr Michael Dudley King of Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, held in one ring binder. The ring binder contains general information on prescribing, costs of British National Formulary and Proprietary Preparations, extracts from Drug Tariffs, report on the definition of drugs by the joint committee on classification of proprietary preparations, list of proprietary medicines advertised direct to the public, list of proprietary medicine classified in categories O and H, copy of 'Prescribers' Notes' for May 1960 and March 1961. The handbook contains additional items including a Drug Tariff Supplement for April 1965, copies of Prescribers' Notes Volume One and Two, and a letter from the National Health Service Executive Council for Gloucester County and City relating to page numbers of the Drug Tariff Supplement for April 1965.
