Ampoules of 'Cacodylate de soude' (Sodium cacodylate), 0.05 per CMC, comtaining 10 ampoules in original box (card covered in red paper). Produced in France circa 1920. The cover bears a medallion of the extremely influential 18th century French chemist Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier.

'Cacodylate de Soude' contains organic aresenic, and injections of it were given 2-4 times a day for 8 days, then a rest of 8 days, in tuberculosis, serious anaemia, malaria and diabetes among others (Vigouroux, Traite Complet de Medicine Pratique).
