A newspaper from the latter end of World War Two, showing off the sheer damage brought down upon the German stronghold town of Cleve from a heavy attack by the R.A.F. The land forces had much less success due to flooding and heavy amounts of mud preventing a ground offensive from being efficient. Churchill's visit to Athens after the Crimea Conference. The main article on the first page is about Parliamentary meetings over the week, including a proposed idea by Lord Trenchard for an Air League of Peace within Europe to prevent future wars.
